A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fees listed above.
*For participants not staying at the congress hotel, a 3-day external participation fee has been included in the registration fee.
*Early registration fees are valid until August 31, 2026.
*Accommodation reservations are handled by Dalya Fuarcılık Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. Participants who make reservations individually or through different tour operators will be charged an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fee.
IMPORTANT: In cases where two participants will be sharing the same room, one of the participants must select the “1 Registration + Double Room” option and enter the complete details of the person who will be sharing the room with them.
The other participant sharing the same room must complete their congress registration by selecting the “Accompanying Person Staying in a Double Room” option.
Both participants are required to pay the applicable registration fees separately in order for their registrations to be confirmed.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participation in Scientific Meetings, Satellite Symposiums, Exhibition Areas, and Paper Presentations
Congress materials (name badge, scientific program, certificate, congress bag), digital congress abstract book, coffee breaks, and lunches.
Registration is required for everyone who wishes to attend scientific meetings as an audience member or as a company representative.
TRANSFER FEES
The one-way transfer fee from Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), İzmir, to BEKS Premium Resort & Spa Hotel is TRY 6,000.
We kindly remind our sponsors wishing to use the transfer service that they are required to provide the passenger's complete flight details and contact information in advance to ensure the proper arrangement of transfer services.
To confirm your congress sponsorships, exhibition booth participation, satellite symposiums, and registration, accommodation, and transfer requests, we kindly ask you to submit your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Congress & Organization Services by post or via email to ilker@dalyatur.com.
Please note that the requested services, sponsorships, and other arrangements will only be considered confirmed and valid upon receipt of the confirmation email and full payment.
