*For participants not staying at the congress hotel, a 3-day external participation fee has been included in the registration fee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Participation in Scientific Meetings, Satellite Symposiums, Exhibition Areas, and Paper Presentations
Congress materials (name badge, scientific program, certificate, congress bag), digital congress abstract book, coffee breaks, and lunches.
Registration is required for everyone who wishes to attend scientific meetings as an audience member or as a company representative.

A 10% VAT will be added to the above-mentioned 2-night All-Inclusive Accommodation Package rates.
Early registration fees are valid until August 31, 2026.
IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION
Accommodation fees are charged as a 2-night package and cannot be divided or booked partially.
If the single-room accommodation fee has already been paid, an accompanying spouse/guest staying in the same room (double occupancy) will be charged an additional TRY 6,000 + VAT per night.
Accompanying persons who pay the companion fee are not permitted to attend the congress or participate in the scientific sessions.
TRANSFER FEES
The one-way transfer fee from Adnan Menderes Airport (ADB), İzmir, to BEKS Premium Resort & Spa Hotel is TRY 6,000.
We kindly remind our sponsors wishing to use the transfer service that they are required to provide the passenger's complete flight details and contact information in advance to ensure the proper arrangement of transfer services.
PAYMENT INFORMATIONS
To confirm your congress sponsorships, exhibition booth participation, satellite symposiums, and registration, accommodation, and transfer requests, we kindly ask you to submit your requests in writing to Dalya Tourism Congress & Organization Services by post or via email to ilker@dalyatur.com.
Please note that the requested services, sponsorships, and other arrangements will only be considered confirmed and valid upon receipt of the confirmation email and full payment.
